Marco Dorigon has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial reporting, and strategic planning in the corporate market.
Prior to Unio, Marco Dorigon served as Co-Head of Middle Market M&A at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo, where he led several notable transactions in the Brazilian Middle Market M&A sector. He was also a partner at Madori Participações, a hydroelectric power generation company, and worked at ExxonMobil, where he was responsible for Financial Reporting & Analysis.
Marco graduated in Business Administration from the Federal University of Paraná and holds a Master’s degree in Management & Finance from Harvard University.

Marcelo Serro Azul has over 7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Prior to Unio, he worked in investment banking at Lincoln International and has experience in M&A transactions across various sectors, including education, consumer goods, healthcare, technology, nutrition, and animal health, among others. Marcelo holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo and has further complemented his studies at the University of Minnesota in the United States.

João Albanese has over 6 years of experience in investment banking. Throughout his career, he has completed numerous transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side, spanning various
sectors including services, technology, agribusiness, consumer goods and retail, education, logistics, among others. He graduated in Mining Engineering from the Polytechnic School of
the University of São Paulo (USP) and has obtained multidisciplinary certifications such as Finance and Accounting from the University of La Verne in California, Financial Modeling
from Training the Street (TTS) in New York, Corporate Law from Societário Academy, and completed the General Business Program at BTC.

Lucas Nóbrega has over 8 years of experience in Investment Banking and Institutional Equity Sales.
Prior to Unio, Lucas served as the Coordinator of Institutional Equity Sales at XP Investimentos, where he was responsible for managing relationships with local investment funds and leading
over 20 capital market transactions (IPOs, Follow-ons, and MB&As) across various sectors including agriculture, sugar and ethanol, water and sanitation, supermarkets, retail, apparel,
energy, among others.
Lucas graduated in Economics from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and holds an MBA from IBMEC.

Gustavo holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UNICAMP and has over 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Before joining Unio, he worked at Brasilpar for more than two years.
In his professional trajectory, he played a key role in several transactions, including the sale of one of the largest rehabilitation clinics in Rio de Janeiro, the formation of strategic partnerships with one of the leading health insurance plans in the same region, and the fundraising for zMatch.

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, he has over 3 years of experience in investment banking.
Prior to Unio, he worked in M&A at Opy Health (IG4 Capital) and at Banco Bocom BBM. He was part of Poli Finance, where he was responsible for the M&A study group and had significant participation in financial market competitions.

João Salles holds a dual degree from prestigious institutions in the United States. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University in New York. Additionally, he has a degree in Economics from the Robert Day School of Economics and Finance at Claremont McKenna in California. João was the president and founder of BRASA Claremont, an association of Brazilians in the United States, serving the five major universities in the region.

Heitor is currentiy pursuing a dual degree in Economics at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and Law at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. He has worked in Venture Capital at WOW Aceleradora, specifically in portfolio management and capital raising. Additionally, Heitor served as the president of FGV – Consulting Club, where he was responsible for coordinating institutional activíties with renowned consulting firms and overseeing the training programs for club participants.
